Repairing a Water-Damaged Chicago Stairway

In the Before Photo of this Chicago home, the property necessitated demolition by SERVPRO water restoration technicians. This was accomplished with floor and baseboard removal and clean cuts from the lower drywall near the landing. The stairs themselves appear to be partially demolished and prepared for rebuilding.
