Restoring Commercial Fire Damage Incident in Chicago Condo that Gutted a Roof

A gaping hole was left in the roof of a Chicago Condo after a fire burnt the support structures but left the rest of the structure intact. It was more than a lucky break since the response from the occupants and firefighters helped prevent a catastrophic outcome. The fire fighting and cleaning processes had left considerable amounts of moisture in the building, so our crews had to carry out thorough drying to restore normal levels.
