Mold damage remediation entails all the cleanup of both mold and moisture with the aim of returning the contaminated structure and materials to their pre-damaged condition. The degree of contamination and the extent of water damage usually determines the scope of the remediation process. We wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent exposure to the mold contamination. For instance, when we are dealing with larger contaminations, we use half-mask respirators that have proper cat ridges, chemical resistant gloves, eye protection, and full body suits.
